hi, recently i just have a simple question about this, i just read that if you have 7 or more of AP you have a penalization of 30 to stealth, my question is, this is for the total amount of AP?, i mean, the AP of head + arm+ legs... or it is just if you have one piece of armor with 7 or more? (in that case it will be only the power armor)

It's one piece of armor with 7+ AP. If that wasn't the case then Synskin suits would be totally useless.
