Pretty much for others who have the rulebook already (I got mine at Games Day):

I can't find anywhere to buy this talent for the character. I've checked all of the tables listing the skills and talents for advancement that can be purchased and I can't find this one. It's in the overall Talent list, of course, but I can't find it in the Advancement tables.

If anyone can point out what I'm missing I'd appreciate it.

I believe it was stated that all marines are ambidextrous by default.
