Hello,

today I got the Tales from the Red Keep chapter pack and I'm not sure about how to play "Flogged and Chained" (L, F65). The card reads:

"Condition. Attach to a non-Army character.

Response: After a character is knelt by a triggered effect, kneel attached character."

Does this mean that I attach this card to an opponent's character (no Army, of course) and then I can kneel his character each time a character anywhere on the table kneels because of a triggered effect (mine and his alike)?

Yes you are correct, its basically extra kneel power.

Some one correct me if I'm wrong here....

If you are using your own kneeling character to trigger Flogged, make sure they are actually kneeling due to the effects of a triggered effect, and not because you are paying the cost of a triggered effect by kneeling them.

Also it wouldn't work if an effect such as A Game of Cyvasse unsuccessfully knelt an already kneeling character.
