I have bought more than one copy of Battlestar Galactica at Borders (gifts, etc.). Their occasional 40% off coupons for Borders Rewards members (it's free to join) makes a $40 game into a $24 game (with tax)

I would also recommend local game stores. There's also eBay and a bunch of online retailers.

But you might get the best deal at Borders like I did...
