if i use the new bishamons ability to make a control check from the top of my opponent's deck and i checked a 2, can i then respond with constant training to put that card to my hand?

If a card would go to an out of play zone (e.g. the hand), it will go to its owner's hand. So if Bishamon checks a 2 off his opponent's deck, he may respond with CT, but the card will be added to its owner's - his opponent's - hand.
