I just got the Innsmouth expansion, and I'm wondering the little circle areas connected to; Joe Sargent's Bus Service, Devil Reef, and Y'ha-Nthlei?

Joe Sargent is Innsmouth Train Depot. Falcon Point, Devil Reef, Y'ha-nthlei are all Aquatic Locations. It took me a while to see what those small circles were but they are waves.

Have fun. I have this expansion but have not played it yet.

Perhaps he means the Vortexes? Those are areas that if a monster enters the terror track and the deep one rising track rises by 1. Investigators cannot enter them.
