II would like to aske a question about repclacing a character, when i opened the box i recieved 2 monks but no sorcerres now i wanted to ask how i go about exchanging this character?.

Bottom of the page, pretty hard to see given the small text size + dark grey text on black background, but there's a link "User Support", which should be the thing you're looking for.

Side note: Quite a few people have complained about wrong/missing miniatures.
