If I have 2 X mining tunnels in the game, and played a development card from hand. What is the result that I draw one card or two cards?

You can draw up to 1 card for each mining tunnel. It's not a forced action so you can choose how many cards you want to draw. In your case, it's any number from 0 to 2.

Thanks a lot. By the way, if I have 2 or more Bolt-Thrower in the battle field, and also have one develpment card in battle field, and I pay only one resource to trigger the Bolt-Thrower. The question is one resource only can trigger only one action of Bolt-Thrower, or can trigger the both Bolt-Throwers action?

Only one bolt thrower will be activated.
