Rodrek's Raiders vs. enemy attachments on your units

By bitva, in Warhammer Invasion Rules Questions

My opponent has Effulgent Boils played on my Reiksguard Swordsmen. I play Rodrek's Raiders, and when they come into play, I turn the Effulgent Boils into a development. Does this development:

A) stay in the zone that Reiksguard Swordsmen is in

B) Go to my opponent's corresponding zone since he controls Effulgent Boils

C) Go to one of my opponent's zones of my choosing since he controls Effulgent Boils but a card I control turned it into a development

D) Go to any zone my opponent chooses in his capital since he controls Effulgent Boils

E) Go to any zone of my choosing in my capital since I created the development with Rodrek's Raiders

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I would guess this is the first example of being able to turn an opponent's card into YOUR development. I always wondered why cards like Abandoned mine said return one of your developments to it's owner's hand. Now we know. I know the card doesn't specify, but I would assume they intend for you to keep the support card in the same zone.

That's kind of what I assumed, but it seems mighty easy to accidentally end up walking home with you opponent's card that way. Also, it's just an assumption. There's really no way to tell just by the way the card is worded unless it's explained somewhere that I don't know about.
