Why would you use this card. Can the target be yourself? if not why would i add cards to my opponts deck?

You can target yourself with this and the results are usually amazing. If your opponent keeps trashing a card they don't need and is already struggling on card draw, you can keep putting that useless card back on top so they keep drawing the same garbage over and over. After march of the damned hits the play scene I suspect we'll see players using it to put cards back on top that were targets of Necromancy.

You can definitely target yourself. My roommate uses Order in Chaos and Stand Your Ground on his Slayers of Kazflajknakjnfgasfkjn (sp?) to troll the bejeezus out of my rush deck.

Now, one of the best 3 tactics in game. Order in Chaos and Long Winter (last is Innovation).
