Greetings!

Very new to Tide of Iron (and these boards for that matter).

Getting ready to play my first scenerio: At the breaking point.

Looking at the map, what are the hexes outlined in yellow? I can't seem to figure out what they are.

I know the red hexes are for overlays, the green for ally starting spots(even though not in this scenario), the grey for german starting spots(even though not in this scenario).

What is the yellow?
