Me and a buddy have made the token adding four major enemies of Talisman cards.

During play tokens are added to them (normally fate tokens) and removed from them to make thegame alot nastier to play. Good rules for 3 or less Talisman play.

And I have made a four way Token placing board..

the reaper need reworking. Just does not fit in with the rest of them.

Do you mean the one for the token mat?

You could use the artwork from the Reaper "character" card instead...

I think the original artwork used is just fine.
