Flag turning

By MichalKP, in Battles of Westeros

Can anybody pls tell me when exactly do you turn the flag of a ordered unit to mark it inactive? Is it after the order has been executed or after the unit has been selected by a tactic or order but before it has really done anything?

ie. turn flag and move or move and then turn flag?

It concerns me with two cards

1) Robb Starks tactic 4/5, option 2 - Rally up to 2 ordered units

The problem is with how tactics seem to work. You have to pay first for all the options you want and then resolve them. But if turning the flag and marking the unit inactive happens after all moves and attacks then that ability would do nothing...

2) Rickard Kastarks flip ability - flip this card after ordering Rickard's unit to rally it ...

second question related to Kastark, what exactly is "ordering", is it just playing a tactic and selecting the unit or executing the order?

Thanks for your help

The Flag has to be turned after the unit has executed its order.

So generally: move then attack then TURN THE FLAG.

1) Even though you pay for all commands before ordering any units you still may execute the commands in any order. So, first move and/or attack with your units, then rally them. In practice, you simply move and attack and then leave the flags in the active position.

2) as a prerequisite, during your turn, you must first of all order the RK unit and then you can flip the commander card to rally RK unit and any adiacent chivalry unit.

Doing this your turn ends.

In your next turn so you will be allowed to order again RK unit and the other units rallied by committing the RK card the prewious turn...
