General question for the people coming to this AWESOME tournament: is someone interested in playing a Eldritch Edition draft? The organizer can give us the booster (the price is 13 euro for 5 booster).

see you there

Konx.

Beware dear Cultists! I will not come alone anymore from Belgium... We have awaken the community of Deep Ones in Belgium- so at least three people from Belgium will attend Stahleck this year! demonio.gif

I am open to try some CCG casual games but I never tried a draft in Cthulhu CCG. I never seen any draft CoC CCG or read any report. It should be interesting to have some feedback some veterans.

Really sad to say I will have to miss this year's festivities as I am unavoidably away in China at the vital moment.

Best wishes to all participants and if anyone is on the fence about going, let me assure you it really is a blast. Very friendly contestants, fantastic location in a spooky castle and copious amounts of fine German beer (though I am not sure this last one really helped my concentration last time!)

Hopefully next year there will not be any diary clashes, so I will look forward to seeing everyone then.

Cheers,

Nomad (Andrew Clarke)

i played a couple of COC drafts and i always liked it a lot. in fact the draft format has always been the best tourneys for me, also in other games.

no more draft was the biggest disadvantage when changing to the new LCG system.

Last year I was in California, this year I will be in the UK :(

noooooooooooooooooooooooo.....

had such a good time 2 years ago, (is it really so long) if you are out there twiddling thumbs, UNtwiddle and GO! you will not regret it.

have a blast all!

i have made a few updates at the Tourney of Stahleck homepage today.

of course it still doesnt look nicer ;-)

@dave: hope you already noticed when Tourney 2011 and 2012 will take place. no more excuses and flights!!

The event looks massive. The package is awesome. The website is great. And it's a Call of Cthulhu Card Game Championship.

It makes one consider flying over from the states, albeit fleetingly.

Hi,

I'll be landing at Frankfurt Hahn at around 19:05 on Friday.

Anyone arriving at the same time willing to split a cab or rent a car ?

email me at [email protected]

multiplayer french rules seem to be fun, though I have never tried both of them (FFG one or Le Cenacle);

I played the FFG mutliplayer rules last year (2vs2) - it was surprisingly fun.

I have not yet tried the Cenacle multiplayer rules (4 players, each one is on his own and fights against everyone) - but I heard a good feedback from the testing players.

Yes sir, no sir! Have a great time, this time!

Maybe next year we will see some Lodge decks for the first time too!

unfortnuately the number of COC players will be much lower than hoped for.

some of the regulars cant come this year, some have not yet decided.

anyway: it looks like there is not much interest in any tourneys with blackbordered cards.

no problem to change a few things accrdingly.

waht about this:

friday eveing: some multiplayer rounds
saturday: nations cup LCG
saturday eveing: COC championship
sunday: highlander LCG
or is there maybe some interest in a draft tourney?

the program is stil open for good suggestions.

please be quick, cause players want to start build their decks soon i guess.
