Can reversal, stun, multiple, breaker, and powerful abilities be negated? Such as with a foundation or other card effect!

I think I should clarify - Is a reversal an R: ability and can it be negated as such?

Can reversal, stun, multiple, breaker, and powerful abilities be negated? Such as with a foundation or other card effect!
Reversal, and breaker are response abilities and multiple, powerful and stun are enhance abilities. as such they are subject to being cancelled or negated just like any other enhance or response ability.
