What happen when you discard darkstar and you have another copy of darkstar in killed pile?

It goes to the discard pile. The rules of unique prevent you from putting into play a copy of a unique card that is already in your dead pile. This rule supersedes the text on the card, so Darkstar's "put into play" effect doesn't work and he is simply discarded as normal.
