My Arkham play group played through this scenario last weekend and had a great time with it. We got down to 1 last ally and were crapping ourselves trying to close the last two gates, which we did. I hope you all enjoy it as well.

Story: Too long has Lord Cthulhu been staved off from his rightful rule. The Great Old One Ghatanothoa, first born of Cthulhu, has maneuvered certain key elements in order to bring forth the Lord Cthulhu and usher in a new era of the Ancient Ones. By sacrificing a large insane population, a rift wide enough for Cthulhu to awaken and step through may be possible. Ghatanothoa will use The King in Yellow to drive the Arkham population mad and then send minions to slaughter them.
Special Rules:
• Place Cthulhu underneath Ghatanothoa, only the Dreams of Madness is in effect. Should all allies be devoured, Cthulhu awakens with a full doom track, replacing Ghatanothoa.
• Anytime an investigator can draw two Unique items, one may be an Artifact, even during setup.
• After investigators receive their random items, they must trade one of them for an ally.
• If an investigator would be devoured, they are instead Lost in Time and Space, draw a random Blight and an ally is discarded from the Ally Stack.
• Allies are discarded and a new one drawn from the Ally Stack when an investigator is: Lost in Time and Space, devoured, delayed in R’lyeh, suffer a wound or a psychosis.
• Closing a gate places two clue tokens at each of the related neighborhood locations without a gate.
