Gents,

Looking through the Final Sanction Pre Gen Characters each has a chapter specific special ability (i.e. the Blood Frenzy special ability for the Blood Angel). However, looking through my copy of the Deathwatch Core Rulebook I dont see these listed anywhere. Granted I realize that Final Sanction is an early, perhaps watered down version of the overall rules. But does this mean that the special rules can or cannot carry over to the CRB? Are they in there and I have just missed them again and again when actively searching for them? Or are these just special benefits for the pre gens?

They are there, they're in the Solo Ability section. If you look at the end of each of the Chapter sections in the Character Creation bit, it'll tell you the stats you increase for being in that Chapter, and the Solo ability you get, and the page it's on.
