Which careers would you still like to see appear in the Slaanesh & Commoners Boxed Set? Anything in particular that you've played in the past that really needs a revamp? (E.g. Bawd's would be perfect for this boxed set..plus you always wanted to play Grand Theft Cart in Warhammer anyways right?)

Lamplighter?

Chimneysweep?

Fieldwarden?

Revolutionary (3rd rank Agitator)

Prostitute (1st rank) & Courtesan (2nd rank)

Entertainer (2nd rank Performer)

upper ranks for Merchants

Courtier (~2nd rank Dilettante?)

Inventor (2nd rank career)

Nighthawk (3rd rank Assassin)

2nd rank Explorer

Fence (2nd rank career)

Godfather (3 rank career)

Council/Bureaucrat (2nd rank career, follow up to Scribe etc.)

Assassin is already an Advanced (3rd rank) career, see "Sneak Peek at Signs of Faith (long + pics)" thread.

I miss the jailer and torturer. Both would be appropriate for this supplement.

Yes, what have we missed? sorpresa.gif

momentary thread stealing.....

I'd like to see the "Free Lance" return in the Khorne box set.

Always liked the historical context of the name of that career

I was thinking it would be urban/noble, since that pairs well with Slannesh and we haven't seen much of the Gold Tier of society.

Pedlar will be part of Signs of Faith and I think the Fortune Teller will be “kind of” released in Signs of Faith in the form of the Mystic/Seer careers. happy.gif

Prostitute
Courtier
Bawd
Innkeeper
Minstrel
Cat Burglar
Demagouge
Fence
Master Thief
Steward

...would be welcome.

I also hope we'll see Marines and Pirates in the martial supplement, and of course Judicial Champions. :)

Yeah most of these are covered in Signs of Faith. Pretty awesome!

Has Farmer been introduced yet? Or Artisan?

And how about the Sewer Cleaners (like in Gotrek @ Felix)?

Which ones? Maybe Pedlar or Chamberlain covers some of these, but surely not most of them...

I figure if Slaanesh is the Pain and Pleasure (original sin) type, then the criminial & lowlife societies will work well on this one. Only the 2nd head on Nurgles leprous weener knows what the name of this boxed set would be called. It would have adult element's to be sure..but that isn't a problem for this game, whose age group is clearly not in the early yearsdemonio.gif

And I think that Slaanesh could come with the Nobel careers. Those would better suite the feeling of Slaanesh. So with Slaanesh expansion we could get some info about organisation in The Empire (like Guild of Merchants) and about the Nobel.

So some nobel careers and artistic careers like Minstrel or just Artist would be cool. But a Jailer and Torturer also would fit. It should be about pain and pleasure to fit perfectly with Slaanesh.happy.gif

Slaanesh is especially popular with decadent nobility. I like the idea of putting it in an urban supplement, though. That could easily be where commoners are confronted with the excesses of noble decadence, inspiring agitators and revolutionaries, etc. It could work.

I think so too. Especially after two supplements that focus on war and campaigns-out-on-the-borders-of-the-Empire. A return to the rotten nobility in Altdorf and other urban centers would be fitting. The enemy within.
