So, what exactly is the range on this thing, anyway?
I mean, if someone can SEE the eye from pretty far away, does it still have an effect. Just how well do they need to see it?
In game, it came up when a group was some 200m away... I ruled there was NO WAY it would work at that range and he seemed a bit miffed.
