Is there any actual difference btw the rules with the game and the revised rules that's online, or is it just a clarification of existing rules?

I saw a comprehensive FAQ on the msg boards here on FFG. Do the revised rules integrate them?

I did not see any major changes, all just explanatory... But I have only browsed through the online rules quickly...
