does Combat Master negate the bonus from Double Team?

I'm thinking not, as the DT bonus is in addition to the Gang Up bonus. but I could be mistaken.

Combat master negates every bonus deriving from outnumbering an enemy.

This is just from memory, but doesn't the combat master talent negate any bonuses for being outnumbered? (Which I guess would also nullify the Double Team bonuses?)
