I agree with FATMOUSE... since no player around me physically I test, build, rebuild, fix etc without touching real cards... and then before live tourney I sleeve the cards... anyway... playing live is so much better... but thankfully now there is a way to not play alone :-)

I have OCTGN but I didn't know everyone else did. I heard there was some facebook page where people got together to figure out when to play. Is that true?

Apparently yes (EDIT: Yes, see above), but I personally don't use it as a I seldom use Facebook. I use AIM and a bunch other people do as well. Some people use Skype, others gChat, some e-mail, and some use a "Meta of Spiders" (or something like that?) on these forums (it's either either in the Organized or Meta subforms).
I personally may start using Skype, in addition to AIM, to reach out to more players. Unfortunately, there is no central hub where everyone can meet. I know Gualdo and the other more tech-savvy members of the community are thinking of creating a "meeting room" of sorts on OCTGN, but that probably won't come around for quite some time, if it ever does.
Check out one of the OCTGN threads. One of them has a bunch of people that listed their contact info for gameplay. Mine is agotfatmouse on AIM.
Or...Fatmouse...you could use a (you know) TELEPHONE and call your friends up. Last time I checked the phone lines were still run from coast to coast.

~Sorry Stag I can't play octgn over cups and string... I really, really tried, I mean I started rolling the string out and got as far as Hartford before the FCC shut me down. Sorry dude but THE MAN just stomped it, something about agitating the local cats, tripping old ladies, and violating several federal and state laws.
