The rulebook says that during the Command Phase, a player can discard 2 order tokens of the same type to order an active unit of any rank .
So, could you discard 2 order tokens of the same type to obtain instead a Morale order token and utilize it to rally a single unit (or improve your Morale value)?
My personal answer is NO , that you can’t, because in the order token rulebook page, near the Morale symbol (banner), it’s said that when you play a Morale order token you can rally a single inactive unit but you can’t order it (and so the … to order an active unit of any rank sequence is not verified).
What’s your opinion?
