Now I have come up with somethings and I need answers
1) If I use Living Shadow and my opponent has no momentum and has tendon strength ion their staging area and if they chose the discard part of living shadow and respond with tendon strength do they lose three Vit ?
2) Can you use R.Mika's R on another R.Mika when said player is using their R to your attack ?

2) pretty sure that R Mika has 2 E's. no R's. in any event, yes, both may play their E's and launch attacks one after the other, provided the 4 card minimum is met

With Tendon Strength vs. Basara's cards, no, they will not lose vit. They didn't select an option they could not perform (aka discarding cards when they didn't have enough to discard), they used an outside effect to effectively prevent the discard, which will not trigger the vit loss.
Also, of course R.Mika's second Enhance may be used against any of your opponent's attacks. Doesn't matter if it's your turn or theirs. The only condition is what's printed on the card - them having 4 or more cards in their hand.
