Can they use feat cards in the campaign as well?
I tried to search this and well my search skills must suck because I could not find the ruling. Sorry.
Thanks again,
Carl

Yes.
FAQ pg18
Q: How do Feat cards from TOI interact with the advanced campaign?
A: Start with the normal mix, and draw 1 per hero per glyph activated. Feats stay around between dungeons/encounters. They are present for the Lt. encounters, but are discarded at the start of the final battle with the Avatar.
FAQ pg12 (RtL Errata)
Feats
Heroes may only acquire Feats that match their skill set. A hero may not gain any feats, regardless of skills purchased, that fall outside their printed skill set.
We use an interesting house-rule for Feats that works really well in our group (so much that we decided to continue using it in SoB):
- Heroes start with a 0 Feat Hand (except that ToI hero that has extra feats, she starts with 2).
- At the Secret Trainer, a Hero can train +4 Health, +2 fatigue or +2 Feat Hand (and immediately receives 2 Feats).
- Once a Hero has a positive Feat Hand, he can draw and use feats as normal (i.e. glyph activation).
This helped balance out the +2 Fatigue, since our players chose to spread around the upgrades instead of focusing on just that one.

Shnar, does any hero in your party ever choose to get any number of feat upgrades other than one? Because it seems like going from "you don't get feats" to "you get a feat every glyph" is a rather bigger change than "you can save up 2 feat cards in your hand" to "you can save up 4 feat cards in your hand, but still accumulate them at the same rate."
No one has as of yet, but it's usually because they want the other upgrades (i.e. Fatigue or Health). Interesting suggestion though, the rule could be tweaked to a +2 Feat Hand and +1 Feat Card draw, so one upgrade only allows them to draw one Feat card, but two upgrades would allow them to draw 2 cards (and have a Feat Hand of 4) like the "normal" feat rules. I'll pose it to the group next time we play.

I'm fairly certain the "normal" feat rules don't allow you to draw 2 feats per glyph.
And of course the if they don't get a feat upgrade it's because they want a health or fatigue upgrade; the upgrades are all strictly helpful, they're not going to get nothing instead. But the system you described seems to make the first feat upgrade a lot better than the second feat upgrade, which means they can't possibly both be balanced against the health and fatigue upgrades.
