Thanks, Deagal!
There's still 10 days left! Even if you are not interested in the contest, come join the fun anyway!
It's impossible. Even if i get all the resources in game (im not sure its legal couse assingned dmg isnt the same as dealt and hydra isn an opponent) at the end im stucked with 3 res and x2 scavens with 2 hp each. So i can kill only one of them! Are u sure the solution is legal?
Yes it is. Or at least i could do it.
In your round u are able to kill x3 scaven units and win the game?! In this one round?

Yes, it is possible. I also solved the puzzle.
Cain
True, solved. Omg a lot of decoys on the table:p Amazing, very clever.
Solved it too. It was great fun. =D
Now the contest is over. Please post the correct answer!
Hello Guys, this is my first post on theese forums, i just got my box last week and sadly missed the deadline for this competition :/
Decided i might aswell post the answer here as the deadline is done.
Not that I have that strong a grasp on the game yet, but this one seemed straight forward aproach - the key is the start of your turn
At start of Kingdom
1. play hate to steal the opponents last resource
2. play We Need Your Blood on the other one of the un corrupted Skaven, lets say the Poisonwind Globadiers for -1 hp and give Valkian the Bloody the +1 hp
3. Use cloud of corruption to put one damage on the Poisonwind globadiers to kill him.
4. Use Bules ability to corrupt the uncorrupted skaven left - Plague Monks
Then you can Generate the 4 resources and draw your cards
then you can use Valkya the Bloody's ability to first move 2 damage to the Deathmaster and then move 2 damage to the Poisonwind Globadiers.
then you will play Seduced by Darkness to corrupt his Followers of Mork and burn his Quest with your guys.
Now I am new to this game but I have a long history in other CCGs, that may be why the answer seemed easy enough ;D
Hope that helps you who wondered how it is done.

Is it allowed to split the damage you move to a target corrupted unit?
Welcome on the forum.

If this would be indeed the solution to the quiz that they accepted, then I see one major flaw in it:
Cloud of Flies is a constant effect, not an action or a "forced" effect, which means that it has to be resolved (if you want to use it) first before all the other effects that could be triggered (which are either "forced" or "action") at the beginning of the "Beginning of the Turn" phase. The second effect would have to be Bule's forced effect. So there is no way to play "We Need Your Blood" (which is an action) to give Valkia the +1 HP before using the "Cloud of Flies".
If there is a legal solution for this quiz, then I don't see it.
@Philos: No it's not possible to split the damage, but you can trigger her ability more than once, as long as you can pay the resources (since it doesn't say it's limited once per turn).
You have 5 resources. You pay 1 for "We Need Your Blood" and twice 2 resources for Valkia.
Nice catch, as i said i am new to the game, and the workings of the sub-phase clearly had escaped me atleast partly :/
As things are after that revelation, I'll have to rethink my aproach.
Right now i don't see any other way, altho I am new to the game so I might have missed something.
If you want to know the answer, you should probably ask here:
The answer is posted here:
I would agree with Jekothalep. Cloud is constant and no forced nor action.
Or is there some ruling hidden in unknown places?
I'm certainly no expert concerning the WH:I rules, so I made some researches on the forum:
Here's as far as I could find the last ruling concerning the order of constant vs. forced vs. action effects:

I don't know if we have anything from James, but Nate answered this ages ago, Constant Effects are always resolved first as they equate to changes or additions to the basic rules of the game (Note: they do not trigger, they initiate and resolve. Only effects that have a bold trigger word are considered triggered effects). Next come Forced Effects which trigger immediately on their trigger event resolving. They do not stack, each resolves completely on its own with the active player deciding the order of the first effect (and I believe the next player choosing which of their Forced Effects triggers next and going back and forth to all Forced Effects have resolved). Finally come player actions.
It is possible that with the release of new cards, new lead developer, and the new FAQ that this may have been revisited and changed, but this was what Nate had told me back in October.

Clamatius has also asked in the FAQ thread whether the effect of Cloud of Flies is an action or not, but I don't think he's received an answer yet.
The action stacking is another thing that doesn't work in the presented solution.
If you use Cloud of Flies, then stack Hate and then We Need Your Blood, how do you manage to pay for the We Need Your Blood?
Since Hate is on the stack and thus his effect hasn't been resolved yet, you don't yet have 1 resource to pay for your We Need Your Blood and thus cannot add it to the stack.
One thing I'm not sure anymore is whether actions that say "At the beginning of your turn" still have to be used before "normal" actions can be taken.
If they don't have to be used first, then of course you could first play Hate, then We Nee Your Blood (normal action, not a response) and finally trigger Cloud of Flies (if we assume it can be used as an action, which I don't believe, since it's missing the bold "Action:" part in his text).
Cloud of flies is not a constant effect, because it needs to be triggered and it's not an action either. If constant effect ruling works on Cloud of flies, then you cannot solve the puzzle (thing i've been thinking too long before i deliver the answer), but i'd say that this "effect" can be triggered whenever you like during the "at the beginning of your turn" phase.
And "at the beginning of your turn" actions doesn't need to be played before normal actions, they are just limited to an specific phase.
