I think it would be really helpful to produce two separate documents: A GM Guide with just the adventure in it and a Player's Guide to pass out to the players. Given the majority of communications these days are electronic media, I would love to be able to send a sanitized version to my players via eMail - so they can read up on the rules and their characters before game day.
