Does a storyline exists which goes along with the starter, expansion and battle packs?

Is it written down anywhere? Would be interesting to get background information about what's going on.

And yes, I'm a Warhammer newbie :-)

For what it's worth, there's a whole lot of Warhammer fiction in Warhammer Online - you unlock it as you progress through the game. A quick bit of googling also turned this up: the Black Library .

They are coming out with storylines with some of the new battle packs and the black library sell the warhammer novels..they are a fun and great read. having played the tabletop version for 15 yrs and playing the online game, fantasy flight has done a great jop with getting the FEEL for warhammer!

I would like to piggy back on the online MMORPG. Its crafting system is thankfully light, item drops relatively unneeded, and PvP the best I've played. it IS missing those early level instances that other MMOs have... some more (or any?) in the mid 10s to 20s would be nice...

Oh and +1 for public quests, queing for scenarios (Blizz stole that bit, darn them!), and interesting race/class balances restrictions. Wootles
