Hello everybody,

With GenCon about one week away, I just want to remind everyone coming to remember to bring their own decks and card sleeves for their decks. If you have figured out your decks in advance, you may want to write out a list of the deck contents. That can save time at the tournaments.

I'm going to help FFG run some of the tournaments. I haven't been particularly active on the boards. However, I have been playing Warhammer card games since the late, lamented WarCry (I did win a couple of GenCon championships there). I will bring some of those cards if you participate in the Warhammer: Invasion tourneys and want to take home a small piece of Warhammer card game history.

It looks like there are a lot of people signed up. It should be a fun time. Look forward to seeing you there.

Nice of you to bring that WarCry game (though I've never heard of it - I had heard of the Sabretooth 40k game, though I wasn't a fan of it at all). See you there.

As I understand it the Fall of Karak Grimaz is due out just prior to Gencon. Do you know if it will be legal in the various different tournaments?

It's been in stores for 2 weeks already. But no real word on whether or not it'll be legal.

AGoT just got their updated FAQ and tournament rules which listed out the sets legal for GenCon, I expect James (or whomever the OP director is) will be releasing a similar document along with the FAQ, If I had to guess, I'd say by Monday.

Yep, I and a friend are coming over from the UK. I do a lot of RP so I expect to spend a lot of the con gaming.
