well i guess everything is in the title, this combat style seems coherent, yet the balanced weapon quality rule doesnt specify if it does stack using two swords so i wanted to be sure ^^.

Nope. The balanced quality only applies on the weapon that has it, and you only attempt to parry with one of your weapons, not both.
