To go from Colonial one and Galatica you have to discard a card

To land on Galatica from a Viper you have to discard a card (Unless you land because of a jump)

Ddo you discard a card to go from Galatica to a Viper? (This rule wasnt clear to me.)

You don't have to discard a card to do that, but you can't normally board vipers in space.

The only way to board a viper is to use the 'Hangar Deck' location (notice that you have to be a pilot to do that).

No. There's no mention in the rules that a card is discarded by a pilot launching in a Viper. And along those lines Apollo does not discard a card for his special ability allowing him to jump into an unmanned Viper.
