I could have sworn that this had been previously ruled on, but could not find anything in the latest FAQ (3-18-2010) or the list of unanswered questions thread; nor could I find anything via search.
Are Lieutenants considered names monsters? For example, can they successfully be stunned (assuming they do not have an ability preventing this)?
They all have names and they are all monsters, ergo they are named monsters.

There probably isn't any 'ruling' because there is no need for one. Lts are monsters, and are named, therefore they are Named Monsters. So no, they can not be stunned.
