Each Nurgle Cultist can be summoned once for free each round once the Lepers upgrade card has been invoked. So that's 6 in one round right?

How do people remember which ones are the ones that have had their free summoning each turn?

Do you put the figure on its side? Use some marker or other?

This is what I do in my games. Just remember to stand them up again before the battle phase begins.

I prefer to place them standing between the two card slots.
