So for the campaign I run with my friends, I have them play as a Ordo Hereticus kill team that has been hunting the heretic Inquisitor, Dominic Thrice, for nearly 4 months and I want a grand finale before Deathwatch falls into my hands. My plan was to make the team find the ship that is now a (slightly) Tzeentch madhouse and home to Thrice and his remaining 4 acolytes but... I have no clue how lay the ship out. The whole layout of a ship is a little beyond me because I prefer ground battles to space but i want something will force my friends be less... explosive. (I've had several incidents with Demolition mishaps and last time one member managed to disintegrate himself with a meltabomb.) I really want something cool for the end of this campaign and want to prepare for it while the noose continues to tighten on Thrice. I was thinking of a ship capable of holding roughly a company of troops, crew, Thrice's acolytes, and Thrice himself. I would like to know how many floors I need and what types of rooms I would need other than the obvious barracks, training room, library, etc. It may seem like an odd question coming from an avid reader of all things 40k but I'm lost on this one. Opinions and help?
Ship layout?
I used the RT book for that along with some of the maps from Purge the unclean. I started an adventure on a ship and the maps from the support area to start the outline. The RT book (and the opening adventure I think) have things on ship creation which lists all the nice sub-system stuff they have.

Hope that helps.
