Rules for playing RTL with a 5th hero

Hello guys we are still playing with 5 heroes instead of 4 but i think as overlord we need more defined rules for that

here are my ideas for implementing SOB into RTL and the rules for a 5th hero

#1 Implementing the Avatars from SoB (Keep locations to be defined, any idea?)

#2 Implementing Skills from SoB (all except Gunner, Alex the wise and shark tattoo) [Any idea on skills location?]

#3 Drawing cards into dungeon (3 cards each turn instead of 2 and a starting hand of 3 cards)

#4 Spawning marker reactivation only 10 instead of 15

#5 Boggs the rat banned

#6 Spawning within LoS if at least at a distance 7 from any hero in LoS

#7 Dungeon Leaders Scaling like SoB (+Wounds and + Armor for each campaign level)

#8 Divine intervention rule as per SoB

#9 scaling the normal monsters by +2 wounds and +1 armor

#10 roll 5 dice for opening chests and +500 coins instead of 400 for picking up a gold pile(+ 5 threat for the dragon avatar if they pick up a gold pile)

any other idea on rules we should put for playing with 5 heroes? any idea will be appreciated

spawning cards spawn 1 more monster listed on the card what do you think?
