Does anyone know if there are any scenarios that require two copies of the expansions? Thanks.

No official scenarios, no. To my knowledge, the only scenarios that require multiples of anything are the Reluctant Allies Epic scenarios. And those "require" two copies of the base game. Though I suppose if you were going to play with all the specialist cards & heroes and whatnot in a reluctant allies game, it would help to have two copies of any expansions that you use. But it's certainly not required.
