In french this card seems really weird. Can someone write the text in english please?

To be more clear this is one of the 9 Quorum cards from the Pegasus Extension.

And to be franck the text in French does not seem to make much sense...

(just asking Grouik what is the point causing trouble in the french version of the card)

First:

You can look at the bottom card of any deck other than the Agenda deck or the Loyalty deck. This includes all of the skill decks, the Quorum deck, the Crisis deck, and the Destination deck. Technically you can choose to look at the bottom card of the Destiny deck, but it's silly to do so, because...

Second:

You look through the entire Destiny deck, discard 2 cards from it, and reshuffle it.

Essentially, this is an information gathering card. Anyone who takes a Scout action from purple cards can put destination cards on the bottom of that deck, some people can put crisis cards to the bottom of the deck. This allows you to check what has been put to the bottom of the deck you choose to look at, and so possibly get a better understanding of whether they are cylon or not a cylon.
