The preview article http://www.fantasyflightgames.com/edge_news.asp?eidn=1490 indicates that the Savage keyword can be triggered by Stubborn Refusal but I thought damage that was transferred or moved was not considered "dealt" damage. So how does Savage trigger off of Stubborn Refusal?
Carnosaur Rider and Stubborn Refusal, huh?

Yeah, the FAQ directly states that "moving damage is not considered dealing or assigning damage" and Stubborn Refusal clearly says "move all damage" so I don't see how it could trigger Savage (which only triggers when damage is dealt). I suspect maybe it was just an oversight when they were writing the article?
It also gets into hot water from just its wording, "...redirect the next 2 damage dealt to target unit you control...". In the Burning Zone thread, discussion has been what is dealt damage. Sadistic Mutation ruling especially has been adding to the issues.
Yeah, this has already been cut from that article, though with no mention of an edit or clarification that I could find.
