I can't sacrifice bad followers (Hag, Jester, Poltergeist etc.) in the Vampire Tower if I have another followers to leave there.

But I can drain them if I am Vampiress.

Is that correct?

But following theme could be not the best way to "interpret" rules. Anyway, I'd say that you can kill them and I'd consider another advantage of being a Vampiress.

I do not like this ruling since it differs from the "no voluntarily sacrificing bad Followers" rule, but it looks like it has been allowed this way. Hope somebody with more authority than me can confirm or deny.

I think that the Vampire character cannot choose to drain the Hag, jester or poltergeist.

The vampire may drain the life force of her followers, and she can choose which followers she want to discard

The Vampire gives you a choice to drain your followers. (that is not forcing)
