a question about Sloth trap work in RTL

i was reading some cards and i was wandering how Sloth interact in RTL?

maybe the Overlord gain a CT instead of Heroes Losing 1?

All instances of heroes losing CT should be read as the OL gaining CT in the advanced campaign games. I forget exactly where that was clarified, but that's how it works.
