Keeping all this stuff organized

By Banjo Tango, in Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay

Mostly the cards (using baggies for the cardboard bits and that seems to work OK) - I've just been using rubber bands, but when I'm trying to keep the spells divided by order, things are starting to get bulky and unwieldly. Anyone have a nice solution they'd like to share?

We've been using some Plano parts organizers for all the fiddly bits and rubber bands for the cards. We store the character sheets/cards/character cards/party cards in the Adventurer's Toolkit, which goes into the core box with the books and card. Each set of action cards/talents/criticals/wounds for each character we put into a separate baseball card sleeve. We've copied the basic card actions (since both sides are the same its feasible to get them onto one 8x11 page) which we can hand out with the baseball card sleeve to each character.

This lets us keep a Plano parts box or two out during play, which can also be snapped closed easily so if it falls stuff doesn't fly everywhere. Characters are easy to hand out as they're all in the adventurer's toolkit box + a separate sleeve and sheet independent to each character. In addition, we're lucky enough to have piles of warhammer miniatures from our warhammer quest/mordheim days to use in place of the cardboard chits. it's worked fairly well so far.
