Where is Quaddis from "Tattered Fates" located in the Calixis Sector? I cant seem to find any mention where it is or find it on any map..

It's near the rimward border of Golgenna Reach, in the middle of the triangle formed by Sepheris Secundus, Port Wrath and Seedworld AFG:218.
