Hi, I have a quick question regarding Jaime Lannister's commit ability. If he is flipped over to rally adjacent units or all units does this count as a completed turn? Or can you use this ability and still execute an order?

Almost positive it wouldn't be your full turn, as it's neither a token use, or an order card.
