Side Note: Is it just me or the Innsmouth AOs the most evil and hardest of all AOs? Nothing is wrong with that, just sayin.
Yes, it is either three clues or an ally; not both.
And yes, the Innsmouth AOs are definitely the hardest overall. Though I still maintain that Atlach-Nacha (Kingsport) is hardest of all the AOs. However, Rhan-Tegoth is without a doubt the most evil of all of them: short doom track, and a special ability that both awakens him more quickly and cannot be predicted? No wonder he's the least played of all the 24 AOs.
Thanks for clearing that up Tibs. Btw what about Quachil Uttaus? He seems like a pretty F*upped AO. Immunity to physical and magical assaults and turns the first player into dust when he attacks.
