Does Scout camp work with cards that look at the top few cards (like Plague monk, etc) benefit from scout camp as well? I know some cards like Dwarf cannon crew and dark visions specifically say 'search' instead of 'look at' so I could see this one going either way.

I wasn't referring to the opponents deck. Both of those abilities allow you to look at any deck, including your own. If I look at my own, may I then look at extra cards?
