First the background. South Africa has had some really grotesque anti-immigrant violence, of the "burn them alive" variety in the last year or two, so I feel pretty bad that this headline made me chuckle, but it did.

There have been some indications that there may be a flare up of xenophobic violence in the next month, which will require police and possibly military intervention (unlike some countries, the military backs up the police in certain public protection roles, and does it fairly well and largely justly)

i feel saddened and amused by this...now if they would start a war on those evil looking army ants they have down there...

Yeah, i do feel bad about laughing but it is funny and kind of ironic. I hope the situation resolves but that is funny headline (if only for this forum)
