Grappling

Okay, I have some questions about the grappling rules. Mainly with the trap maneuver.

First question is, if you bought grappling do you still just do half damage on the Trapping and take-down maneuvers (I'm guessing yes)?

The second question is, can you add damage and attack modifiers from other styles such as Shotokan's attack bonus and Muay Thai's strength bonus to damage?

And finally, if you use the trapping maneuver to partially or mostly immobilize them, do you get the modifiers for partial / mostly/ immobilization on your next attack to grapple them again?

In other words, lets say I grapple someone with the trapping maneuver and have them partially immobilized. If I want to grapple them again on my next action in an attempt to adjust my grip and get a better hold, am I at -20 to attack them? And are they at -20 to block and -40 to dodge the attack?

Yes.

Yes. You can use the highest base damage of any martial art you know and combine bonuses.

I would say yes. I don't see why you wouldn't.
