Scout question: How do we submit that a tournament was canceled?

How can we tell the OP software when a tournament was canceled? Our store forgot to order the pre-release ): and the concensus was to just not do UFS at all those days. However as far as I can tell there's no way to enter a canceled status for the tournament.

Also, what should we do if something happens and we end up running a different tournament then what was signed up on the OP site. Is there anything we can do? Does it matter?

If a tournament has been cancelled, please email Paul <[email protected]> and explain.

If you run a tournament that's different then what's on the OP site, for the moment, put a post in the tournament announcement forums, so that players will hopefully see the updates.

Sometime in the near future, they will be creating the ability for you to edit your tournaments. I don't know when exactly, but this is something I have discussed with Paul.
