Sorry if this has been asked but I am horrible with search functions. Is it an updated rule book, an entirely new one, or a supplement?

It's effectively a rule supplement to the Rogue Trader core book, containing expanded vehicle combat rules, alternate career ranks, new origin paths, and two new races.
